The Tsukuba Science City Network aims to leverage the international character of Tsukuba Science City and, based on its future vision, promote close collaboration among members regarding research exchange and common issues, facilitate necessary opinion exchange, and strive to create a truly livable, mature city. Planning and Coordinating Committee
- Investigating, reviewing, planning, coordinating, and formulating solutions for issues specific to the Tsukuba Science City Network

- Coordinating to promote efforts and collaboration among research institutions and other organizations to build the 3E City Tsukuba Model

Occupational Health Committee
- Conducting investigations and reviews to improve occupational health (particularly mental health) for staff working at research institutes and other organizations within Tsukuba Science City, contributing to necessary countermeasures.
Tsukuba Central Urban Area Urban Development Study and Review Committee
- Contributing to solving societal issues through urban development by leveraging the international character and scientific and technological capabilities of Tsukuba Science City
- Contributing to improving the living environment and satisfaction of residents and employees in Tsukuba Science City
- Coordinating and sharing information to promote collaboration among various initiatives around Tsukuba Station
