It offers an ideal environment where my research can contribute to broader, real-world impact. I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to collaborate with partners worldwide and work collectively toward sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u65e5\u672c\u8a9e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u73fe\u5728\u306e\u8077\u5834\u3067\u3042\u308b\u56fd\u969b\u8fb2\u6797\u6c34\u7523\u696d\u7814\u7a76\u30bb\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc\u3092\u9078\u3093\u3060\u7406\u7531\u306f\u3001\u56fd\u969b\u7684\u306a\u8996\u70b9\u3092\u6301\u3061\u3001\u5730\u7403\u898f\u6a21\u306e\u8fb2\u696d\u8ab2\u984c\u306b\u53d6\u308a\u7d44\u3093\u3067\u3044\u308b\u70b9\u306b\u9b45\u529b\u3092\u611f\u3058\u305f\u304b\u3089\u3067\u3059\u3002\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u304c\u3088\u308a\u5e83\u3044\u793e\u4f1a\u306b\u8ca2\u732e\u3067\u304d\u308b\u74b0\u5883\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u6d77\u5916\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u3068\u9023\u643a\u3057\u306a\u304c\u3089\u6301\u7d9a\u53ef\u80fd\u306a\u89e3\u6c7a\u7b56\u3092\u5171\u306b\u5275\u51fa\u3067\u304d\u308b\u70b9\u306b\u5927\u304d\u306a\u3084\u308a\u304c\u3044\u3092\u611f\u3058\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5b9f\u969b\u306b\u50cd\u3044\u3066\u307f\u3066\u611f\u3058\u305f\u3053\u3068\u306f\u4f55\u3067\u3059\u304b\uff1f<br><strong>What are your impressions after actually working here?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>English<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After joining, I quickly realized that I had made the right decision. The working environment allows a high degree of autonomy, enabling me to manage my pace effectively. At the same time, the organization strongly encourages collaboration, making it easy to connect with other researchers and jointly address agricultural challenges. Collaborating with partners around the world not only deepens my understanding of global agricultural challenges through direct experience but also strengthens my research capabilities. I often visit parks, go to the beach in the summer, and occasionally travel abroad during longer breaks.
